I'm Marlena, founder of BDEM Advisory, an MBA-qualified Chartered Manager (CMgr) and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI). With more than 15 years' experience across finance, people, HR, operations, strategy and transformation, I have worked within established commercial organisations, the charity sector, local government and high-growth businesses.
